Transaction failed?

The typical error report for the "Transaction failed" error looks like this:

Connected to host:
< 220
< 554 Transaction failed
< 221 Closing connection. Good bye.

The reason for rejecting the message is the incorrect value passed in the HELO command. To fix it, please open Settings / Common Settings / Mailer. Use the "User defined HELO address" field to enter the proper HELO value. The correct value can be found at (it is "Your hostname").
