Export Wizard
Export Wizard allows exporting email addresses (both
checked, i.e. good addresses, and non-valid addresses) to various
formats step by step. The current version of Atomic Mail Verifier
supports exporting data to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
(including the extended format), plain text files and Windows
Clipboard.
Step 1 - Choose what to save:
It is required to choose what addresses to save in this
step:
• Valid e-mail addresses only - save
actually existent addresses only..
• Invalid e-mail addresses (mailbox does not
exists) - save invalid e-mail addresses with 'mailbox does
not exist' error.
• Invalid e-mail addresses (domain does not
exists) - save invalid e-mail addresses with 'domain does
not exist' error.
• Invalid e-mail addresses (syntax error)
- invalid e-mail addresses with syntax errors.
• All invalid e-mail addresses - save all
invalid e-mail addresses.
Step 2 - Choose where to save
You should select where to save the results to in this step:
• Text file - save results to plain
text file
• Microsoft Word - save results to new MS
Word document
• Microsoft Excel - save results to new MS
Excel sheet
• Microsoft Excel as a table - save
results to new MS Excel sheet with additional information
• Clipboard - save results to Windows
Clipboard
• Atomic Mail Sender - transfer e-mail
addresses into Atomic Mail Sender for bulk mail sending
Step 3 - Choose file name
This step is required for all file types and not required for
Clipboard saving mode. Note: if the filename field is left blank,
the file is not created. Instead the associated application is
launched and all data being passed to this application.
