Atomic Email Tracker - FAQ

What is Atomic Email Tracker?

Atomic Email Tracker is a web-based system capable of keeping track of what is happening with your email after broadcasting. The system can record the reader real data: first name, last name, email address, country, date and hour of opening, links clicked stats are also recorded.


Does Atomic Email Tracker work with a bulk mailer other than Atomic mailer?

Yes, please read Integration Manual if you wish to use Atomic Email Tracker with a bulk mailer other than Atomic Mail Sender.


Can I test Atomic Email Tracker before buying it?

Of course, our products and services are available as "Try Before You Buy". Create a Tracker account and get 10-day subscription of tracking service on trial (there are no trial limitations!). Evaluate the service freely and subscribe only if it satisfies your needs. You can extend your account and pay for further subscription right from your Email Tracker Control Panel.


How do I subscribe to Atomic Email Tracker service?

Registration form is available at http://www.atompark.com/members/tracker/register.php. Your Atomic Email Tracker password will be emailed to you upon registration. After you create account, you may evalute it. Then, if you find it useful, continue with the premium paid subscription.


I have subscribe to (paid for) your service but still have not received any account information.

I have lost my password. How can I retrieve it?

You can retrieve your Email Tracker service password at http://www.atompark.com/members/tracker/recover.php


How can I change my Tracker password?

Login to your Tracker account with your old password and Click on "Personal Settings" to change your password, email and other personal data.


How can I log into my Atomic Email Tracker control panel?

Login from your Member's Area account area or by copying and pasting the link http://www.atompark.com/members/tracker/ right into your browser.


How do I extend (reactivate) my expired Atomic Email Tracker account?

After your Atomic Tracker service account has expired, you will see an expiration notice and you will need to reactivate it. Expired account will not be allowed to process your lists until it has been reactivated. To extend your account please click on "Extend account" and choose any payment option you like.


Why my stats are not gathered?

1. Check if your Email Tracker account is active.
2. Check if you have created a campaign name in Atomic Mail Sender.
3. Check if your email message has been sent out.

Summary: Once you are registered with the Tracker service, your account is active, the campaign name is created, and your message is sent out the proper stats is gathered by our system and is available in your Email Tracker account.


How do I start using your service?

To get started please:

1. Create your Atomic Email Tracker account (your login data will be emailed to you upon registration immediately).
2. Log into your Atomic Email Tracker Control Panel and check if your Tracker account is active.
3. Create a campaign name in Atomic Mail Sender. Launch your Atomic Mail Sender software, open 'Service' -> 'Newsletter tracking' menu and enter the following information:
    - your Tracker account login (usually, your e-mail address)
    - Message ID - any identifier (15 symbols maximum) for your email campaigns. Note, each email message broadcasted is assigned a campaign name.

4. Sent out your broadcast email.
5. Open your Atomic Email Tracker Control Panel to see the stats gathered by our system about your email campaign.


What statistics can I perform within Atomic Email Tracker control panel?

The following reports are available:

1. General summary - stats table shows campaign name, start date, number of sent emails, number of emails opened with open rate, and links clicked with CTR.
2. Last 10 days - shows general statistics for the last 10 days.
3. Recipient's activity - detailed information about those of your recipients who has opened your email and/or clicked inserted links. Stats table shows campaign name, opening date, recipient email address and country.
4. Dynamics - let you trace how do matters stand with all your campaigns within the last 7 days (opened messages and clicked links with view ratio and CTR).
5. Compare Campaigns - let you compare 2 campaign by CTR and open rate during the period from 5 to 100 days beginning the campaigns start dates.
Reports on efficiency:
6. By Campaign ID - these stats are similar to "General summary", but without campaign filter, here you can view ALL campaigns and proper data: start date, emails sent, emails opened with open rate, links clicked with CTR.
7. By countries - shows generalized information about emails opened and/or links clicked grouped by country. Contains the following data: country, emails opened with open rate, links clicked with CTR.
8. By hours - shows generalized information about opened emails and/or clicked links grouped by hours. The stats table contains the following data: hours, emails opened with open rate, links clicked with CTR.
9. By days - shows generalized information about opened emails and/or clicked links grouped by days of the week. The stats table contains the following data: days of the week, emails opened with open rate, links clicked with CTR.
10. By months - shows generalized information about opened emails and/or clicked links grouped by months. The stats table contains the following data: days of the week, emails opened with open rate, links clicked with CTR.


What is your server response time?

Our server response time is very fast but it depends on lists length and on operations you execute.


Do I have to pay for the service upgrades?

No! All service upgrades are free to registered users.
