How to: Send mass email
To send mass e-mail using Atomic Mail Sender, please
follow the steps below :
- Create a new message by choosing menu item
"File|New Message".
- Type the text of the message in Edit Window
or import it from an existing file.
- Enter or Import your mailing list by pressing F5 or choosing
menu item "Send mail|Recipients list". In the
window that opens you can add or remove new subscribers and
import or export mailing list.
- Press F9 in Main Window or choose menu item "Send mail|Send
mail". AMS will start sending the messages.
If you need personalize the newsletter then you have to use email
merging capabilities of the mailer. It is not very difficult
to merge your Excel or Access database with e-mail messages and
make the professional eye-catching e-zine.
